        About half the time you expect it to work, the internet does not. I was told how well it runs movies and Netflix and that was false, every episode it seems I've gotta reconnect. My cell phone hotspot is faster than this, and allows for HD streaming. I've maybe reached the six month point as a customer and have lost service for extended periods of time 3 times now. Currently the service is down, has been down for almost a week, and we've asked when it'll be back up and have received no answer. Every time this service is down, someone on the phone blames ATT technicians for it.
