Smooth sailing from the jump, picked out the trailer I wanted, Brittany ordered it & showed up a few weeks later. They even delivered it Dang near to my doorstep. Great little business they run.

Always a wonderful experience renting from this place. They have great equipment, always clean. Staff is AMAZING!!! Would highly recommend for your next rental!!!!

If i could give zero stars i would . They try to make up whatever excuse they can to not refund the full deposit. Heater didnt work on the machine . Also if you dont have a water hookup theyll use that as an excuse too .. just to not refund the full deposit. When they dropped it off the guy couldnt get the machine to work so had to wait like an hour for someone to come drop off a different head to put on the machine.I only got some of my deposit back which i appreciate but, These are heavy duty machines they cant be spotless . I saw someone else leave a review saying they even used a power wash on theres and still got charged for a cleaning fee . Not very friendly either, Wont be renting from this place anymore . Other family members have been here and they say the same thing. Crossland rentals next time for sure

Liset,We dropped off our rental equipment clean, full of fuel and per your rental agreement that we went over, we require it back the same way or you forfeit your entire deposit. When the driver picked up our equipment the machine was empty, dirty and full of beer cans which means someone was operating our equipment under the influence which is also going against our rental agreement. Due to the fact that we are a great rental company we ONLY charged you for filling up the machine and gave you the rest of your deposit back which should have never happened. You also ran our equipment over 8 hours which you were also not charged for. Due to the fact that you don't understand rental procedures and deliberately broke several of our rules, you will no longer be allowed to rent from our company. Also, Crosslands does not rent mulchers. Good luck to you!
