Tried to get ahold of them for 2 weeks no answer tried going to the building during hours and no one was there it's an unprofessional place to go to she said they tried to get a hold of me I didn't get a email or piece of mail once tried calling several times

This is the most unprofessional lady to deal with. As you can see she is always talking to someone other than taking care of her customers. She has no respect of peoples time. What should of been a short visit to pick up a uhaul turned into bullshit! I'm not sure about her car lot but as far as rentals I will definitely go elsewhere. Don't waist your time dealing with her unless you want to hear the shit she is talking about you to other employees.
