Bought the car friday 8/5/22 and it is Tuesday 8/9/22 and we broke down 2x today. 1st time at about 3pm they came and "looked" at it it started up. 2nd time Now and it is 8pm and it is broke down again. I am sitting at the gas station at 52nd and Lee stranded. I called deans auto and I called mandi. No one is answering. How am I going to get home to faxon tonight? and how am I going to get to work? PLEASE LORD JESUS HELP ME! - Hope Bailey Update: 8/9/22 I called a tow truck for tonight. And I plan to return the car and get my $1,500 back tomorrow. Update: 8/11/22 Deans auto told my husband that they will fix the issues. Update : 10/25/22 Dean's did NOT fix it, nor the things in the written agreement. The car is still NOT running. We are still making payments, and my husband and I will pay it off, and then we will pay to get it fixed ourselves.
