        Very poor. Used Sams for many years and now never again! Had a problem with a flat and the lug nuts. Took the vehicle to Sams. They tried for a short time and then told us to take it somewhere else to get the lug nuts off. They thought the whole thing was funny! The Tire Manager also didnt care! I called the regular Manager and he didnt care. I wanted him to talk to him. He would not then hung up on me and he never called back! Very poor customer service. I
