        Complains about everything. Not licked properly, late on the payment when I'm not, paid 3 months on advance and get notices I'm late on my payment after a month. Just 1 thing after another.

        This place is well run and I like the security but a 15% price increase for 2024 is way above inflation rate running at 3.2%. Seems a tad aggressive. Just saying.

      Mr. Willeford, we are so sorry to hear your unit wasn't locked properly after your last visit. We take it very seriously when a storage unit isn't locked properly, and our managers are tasked with checking all unit locks twice daily. If you ever need us to double-check that you've locked your unit properly, you're more than welcome to call the office during operating hours, and we'll visit your unit for you.
