We are extremely pleased with the work done on our damaged rv. The parts arrived in a few weeks and in another few weeks all repairs were completed. There are no signs of any damage to both the exterior and interior. Josh and Jamin were great. We definitely will refer friends and neighbors to do business with RV Connection.

Pretty nice guys. I took my rv here to get my inverter replaced with a bigger inverter. I told them all they needed to do with rewiring a bigger gage wire. They did it. Decent work, not overwhelming.
Took it home and then all my DC equipment didn't work. Some lights, the fans, and my water pump. Took them 2 days to figure it out. I had to pay half that labor. But fixed. Went home then the living room lights didn't work again. I kept thinking about that one wire he said he left out because he didn't think it was to anything. Well, it's hot now a days later, a/c in the living room doesn't work.
God willing I'll fix all my problems myself for now on. That might save me $2,500 + whatever this new issue they caused now is going to cost me.
So, they are nice but not super knowledgeable.

We just purchased our 3rd RV from these folks and since our previous purchase in 2016 they have improved 100%. The improvements are everywhere from the building and grounds to the great inventory to some of the most professional, helpful and super friendly staff I have experienced at any kind of business. A huge debt of gratitude to Anthony at the front counter for helping us move a very heavy and awkward mattress from our old RV to our new one. Another Anthony, in the sales department, did great at getting us through the whole process and the ladies in finance were awesome as well.
I highly recommend RV Connection for all of your RV needs. No need to travel to Oklahoma City or Texas because the best RV Center is in Lawton, Oklahoma. Now we can't wait to start camping in our new Stratus SR281VBH in high gloss Victory Red.

We purchased our 2022 Forest River R-Pd 195 in August 2021. The purchase experience was excellent, and the sales folks at RV Connection really took care of us. On our first trip, we suffered a bent axle, but the service personnel helped us with our insurance, and quickly ordered the new axle. Unfortunately, because of shipping delays, it took a couple of months to get the replacement part, and when it was received, they found it had been damaged in shipment. So, another delay while we waited for yet another axle, but the service personnel (Jamen and Josh) kept us informed, until the new part arrived. They quickly scheduled the repairs, and the work was finally complete. We have been extremely pleased with RV Connection, from sales to service. Prices are competitive yet reasonable, and we prefer to use companies that are local. Definitely worth the star rating!
