I asked them to come 3 weeks ago and look at fixing gutters at my commercial property. They sent a guy out here and he really acted like he wasnt interested. For three weeks we have still been waiting to hear a quote. No phone call to say hey sorry we cant help you..nothing. Ive even called back and nobody ever responded another week after that phone call so I would be really careful with these people because theyre very unprofessional and they dont even try to hide it! Wow!!!

We recently had to have our roof replaced due to a hail storm. Tayco was recommended to us. We called them, and Christian came right out and checked the roof and worked up an estimate. We got a date for the work to be done. We received a reminder several days before work was to begin. The crew showed up on time and the work was done quickly and efficiently. The crew cleaned up after the work was done. We had a small problem, and I contacted Christian and he quickly got back to me and addressed the problem. He was very easy to work with, and answered our questions about the insurance, and always responded quickly any time I tried to contact him. It was a very good experience, and a nice change to work with a company that does what they say, and actually seems to be trying to trying to do a quality job. We used Tayco to replace our roof and Matt was excellent! He worked well with our insurance team and used high quality products. His crews worked fast and professional and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. Thank you Matt and Tayco. Highly recommend!
