I called regarding an urgent situation as I was advised by the gas company. The person who answered was extremely rude and condescending. Even in desperation, I will never contact them again. The gas company even tried to communicate for me and the person was super rude to him too. We didn’t even get a chance to say much before the person made assumptions and rude comments. I said thank you, have a nice day and disconnected the call! I typically do not write reviews but I was in tears after this.

Called 11:52 AM Jan. 6 to set up and appt for a pipe snaking on Friday. Chose the morning option. Come Friday afternoon still never heard from anyone. Called to verify my appt to be told I wasn’t on the schedule and there was no record of my address. I was hung up on while speaking. Called back to see if they could still come out in the afternoon (I had waited around half the day at that point already) and was told only after hours. That’s ridiculous. Wasted my time. Didn’t even bother to fix the situation. If you make an appt with them be sure to check on it then multiple times so you don’t disappear.
