Extremely disappointed that the establishment didn’t honor a coupon given to me by my banks reward system. False advertising coupons to get people in the door is low.

Horrible experience took my daughter for her birthday they had no variety and also wasn't in any be kind of hurry to bring out new pizza or cheese bread the workers stood around not doing anything except the cashier she was busy

This place has gone down hill. Last time we went the floors were sticky and greasy, most of the tables still had dirty dishes on them, the pizza was definitely not fresh, the salad bar was dirty with spilled dressing and wilted lettuce and the chicken soup was completely gone. We went before the dinner rush so we figured everything would be fresh but it wasn't and none of the games for the kids worked. We have stopped going and we will never be back. If we want cici's we will make the drive to OKC.
