Please don't let these messages supposedly from the Technician be 'cookie cutter' responses. If I hadn't talked w/the receptionist today Brandon would not have gotten his $5.00 b/c the message that he 'supposedly left was not true. I also understand that Cloud was using subpar chemicals & they claimed they were using the 'Best' chemicals now The new company 'Thunder' (which I thought was part of 'Cloud' anyway, you are claiming the 'Best Name Brand' Chemicals. I am understanding that ALL this time that I have been a customer that the type of mites that are infesting our home can be treatable. Hopefully now w/the merge those mites will be taken care of: also I am paying extra for the Grub treatment. Well the granules that were being used did not work (they ate the grass roots, matured & made their way out of the ground as what was NOT supposed to happen, hundreds of June Bugs or what ever their professional name is. Hopefully Brandon took pictures b/c I left them for him to see as I am arthritic & it is hard for me to have a steady hand to take pictures. Again Hopefully this will be remedied & we'll see how it goes next year whether I continue doing business your company. I really like the people & I feel sad for being duped, yet I believe in 2nd chances, so we'll see. Hopefully Brandon will get his $5.00 & hopefully these issues I have will be resolved.
