I just want to be clear this review is for Medicine Park Harley Davison which is owned by Diamondback. I went to the store yesterday, which was a Tuesday afternoon with my Grandmother who is from out of town. It was not busy as all, we were the only customers in the store. Two employees were working. My Grandmother tried to ask questions about sizing and they were both on the phone and ignored her questions. She continued to shop and the two employees continued to talk amongst themselves and not help us at all. She then picked out two shirts and put them on the counter to be purchased in front of these two employees who ignored her and continued on with there conversation for at least two minutes before helping my Grandmother. I could not imagine a worse experience while shopping in this store. The lack of customer service in this store is disgusting and embarrassing. I will never bring my family members who are die hard Harley riders into this store again.

Very nice staff. Only issue I had was the price of t-shirts. Only place I've ever paid $22,000 for a shirt

I have liked this Harley-Davidson for years. I bought my first Harley here. I dont recall the name it went by then. It was Wind River the last time I was in town. Now it is Diamondback. It is just as clean and neat. The selection is real good, and the shirt selections is really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. They now have a large metal cover out front that had a live band playing as we rode up. There was a Marine Corps event going on that day, so they are military friendly. Still bought a poker chip for the new name. I will return, I like Harley places.
