Do not and I repeat do NOT use these people. I am an insurance agent myself and told them exactly what I wanted for coverages with no drivewise. My policy is completely backwards, they added drivewise! And now I try and call back and nobody will answer me. Wow
I am not one to get upset and be ugly but this lady called me every Friday for a month or more and yes we did do different coverages. But in my defense she knew exactly what I wanted on my policy. So disappointing

My daughter purchased a new vehicle and required full coverage insurance. The Allstate office that we utilize for home and auto stated that she could no longer be on our policy because the vehicle was in our daughters name, which required her own policy. For six months Allstate, the Ben Jarvis office on 52nd charged my daughter for her policy and my wife and I also on our policy for the same vehicle. I realized the error and was lied to several times about correcting the policy and reimbursement. I had to personally call Northbrook Illinois to initiate my own service request. $1500 taken from my bank account and no concern at all in showing sincerity in correcting their mistake. Wouldnt even fix the policy to prevent the next overpayment that was due to be withdrawn , literally had to do that myself. I was told that it would take up to fifteen days to process the policy correction, an only after that would the reimbursement be able to be requested. I called the home office customer line and had my policy corrected and a service request for reimbursement completed that same day.
