I bought a washer and dryer from them a little over a month ago and it started dripping water. Actually I called them it was 4 days past the 30 days talked to the owner he said yes "we dont usually replace that valve" he knew the problem without even looking at it. Said he could get to me the next day mind you it was only 4 days past 30 days! He sent me a text told me it would be $110 to fix it! It's not about the money it's the principal dont feel that is good business, I would understand if it had been months but 4 days. Didn't even offer to meet me halfway on the repair! Wont refer them to anyone.

Got a washer and dryer from them about 2 years ago,the set still works fine. Best decision ever.
