Uni Food Mart

This station is aweful and has VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They placed a hold on my debit card after swiping at pump and cancelling transaction when discovering the pay at this particular pump wasnt working. Store manager refuse to even answer anything questions I asked and insisted it wasnt service stations problem or responsibility can you give me the $53 hold on my card swiping it and canceling immediately I need to contact my bank who is returned inform me it was after the merchant to release the home next service station SUCKS

Bought gas from here gave the man $25 I went to pump gas and it stops at $5 went inside he lied and said I only paid for $5 this man is NOT a businessman I would NOT do business with him he is a theif.

And im being generous, cause there's no lower score. Bought cigarettes and he pretended to have put in bag. Wheni realized what happened i called him he just laughed and pretended he didnt know anything and hung up. Returned to store he sent his wife to front of store. He was in back hiding. He told his wife to tell us he was gone and would be back later, and to tell us he had put cigs in bag. Huh! I thought he "didn't know anything." Check your bag before you leave store. This man is a dishonest.

The manager at this station refused to sell fuel to me and told me to leave his store because he misunderstood what I asked for ($30 on pump 4) as $4 on pump 3 and I corrected him. He told me I was rude and to leave his store. Then he proceeded to charge my card for the $30. When I checked my bank account just in case and found the charge, I called back to ask for a refund to my card, and he said I could come back up there and he would give me a cash refund, but he was not refunding my card. My boyfriend and I went back to the store, and he told us he was not giving us (expletive)! My boyfriend told him he was calling the police and left the store. I returned and he slammed the $30 down on the counter, told me to never come back, called me a fat (expletive), and said that I could send him back in (meaning my boyfriend) and he d whip his (expletive) too. I will never go to this store again!!! I d rather go out of my way to another gas station (even though this one is on my way to work) then use them again, and I would suggest everyone else stay far away, at least until this manager is gone.
