Do not use this company. Do not trust their warranty. They will use EVERY excuse in the book not to honor it as mentioned in another review. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! They will also avoid your calls and will not call you back no matter how many messages you leave and no matter how many times they assure you they will give you a call back after they speak with their business partner.

I purchase a home that had warranty through this company. I Started having foundation problems so called to set up an appointment. I was told they would call me back once they got my email of warranty but they never did. After a few days I call back and no one has any idea of the call or my emails. After more emails i finally set an appointment 1 month out... the day of the appointment it was ice and raining. No one ever came or even called to reschedule or notify me of any changes. Mind you I also work so its hard to just get a day off. I called to see what the issue was they said no one was home. Which was a lie because 4 people were at the house ALL DAY since the weather was bad. No big deal i reschedule ANOTHER MONTH OUT... they were suppose to come today. Now they can't come out because I didn't confirm through text before 3pm. I would suggest calling earlier in the week to confirm appointments NOT a couple hours prior to the company closing. After seeing other reviews it makes sense. Very disappointed in this companies customer service.
