Stores changed alot since I last been there staff is more accommodating and the store is so much cleaner and organized then ever. Definitely recommend it.

I been to this store about 3 times. If you're new to the area, it's basically like a Ross where they sell clothing and home furnishings. However, there's a lot of inventory it's cluttered and hard to find things if you want one specific item. This location is primarily poc positive. They sell a lot of hip hop clothes, basics, kids clothes, purses, jewelry, and bedding. Even have a playlist of different types of hip hop and r&b music. Very nice staff, and no one follows you aisle to aisle like a lot of stores in Lawton do. Only down part is that they don't have dressing rooms open, so you can either hold up garments to you in front of some pretty decent sized mirrors, or take home and try them on. That's fine. My cashier was really down to earth and explained their policy, you have 30 days and keep the tags on. I bought over $60 in clothes because I needed to replace some items and I wanted to support a local business. Especially poc based ones. Some items didn't work out, so I brought them back. I had another cashier named Tiffany, a obesse blonde with multicolor set of glasses, and a ponytail. Apparently you need to give them your name and phone number in order to process a return. I wanted to only give a initial, which I have done in other stores, because when you give a company your contacts, you are secretly consenting to be on their mailing list. I don't care for spam, so just told her I just wanted to use my initial. There were small children present being loud, so we both had to be loud to be heard over them. I assume that made her mad? Because otherwise, there wasn't anything else. So, Miss Tiffany felt like arguing with me. Passive aggressively dropping my receipt instead of handing it to me, and other childish b/s where she had the least possible risk of being respectful. I think her trashy self should be removed. If you can't handle a simple return without getting your feelings hurt, you shouldn't be in retail. I feel like she did this to someone else. Maybe eve worse, I urge everyone to speak up if you have. Anyway, a lot of these pieces can be found in other stores or online. Especially online. Choosing to come to a brick and mortar store is expensive because the business has employees, rent, and utilities to pay. Customer service is very important to keep going, especially when customers are choosing to shop online more and more. Lawton is full of empty stores for this very reason.

It's always a good place to grab little outfits for my nieces and newphews. We don't have much selection in Lawton. I see prices have gone up. I used to be able to get multiple outfits for under 100.00 it was harder to find this last time. But still found a few things.
