I ordered school clothes for my kids online on August 3rd. I haven't received a tracking number or my order. I've tried calling the toll free number it either does 1 of 2 things, Says they're experiencing high call volumes then hangs up or it's busy. I've tried emailing the company & I get a no reply email saying they'll get back to me. It's very frustrating. I've shopped in the store & they're great but I'm so angry & disappointed in my online experience.

The employees seem very unenthusiastic to be there and are rather rude.

The quality of the clothes are great! They lasted all season! The prices are reasonable and they are the only place that have jeans that fit my kids! Staff is very helpful and don't mind bringing different styles and sizes too the fitting room.

Nothing but a Nightmare. My daughter received a gift card for her baby shower from a out of town guest. They sent the card to us with a receipt for $70 (50 on the gift card and 20 for expedited shipping) . Well the gift card was empty. I called customer service and they told me they had to send this to their "Escalation department" and I would hear back within 24-48 hours. I didn't ever hear back. Long story short I have called them a total of 7 times its been sent to the Escalation department every time with the same promise and I have still heard nothing. I even went into the local store and was given the General managers name he has been very nice and tried to figure this out but cant get a response or answer back from anyone either. It has been a month and a half since my first call to them i have spent hours on phone calls trying to resolve this and waiting on hold! I cant believe the terrible customer service this company has. Finally tonight we were offered a credit of points to the account but still no answer on why this has taken so long or what happened to the gift card balance.
