I gave one star because we had lamented wood floors installed and less than 2 years parts of the floor started coming up. we called Jesse Cobb, he came with an assessor and literally refused to respond back. it's really sad, pathetic and unprofessional to think your work is so exemplary that you can't make a mistake and then he had the audacity to say we only spent 5000.00. I don't care if I spent 500.00, it's my money.  Had I known Cobbs was going to be this inconsiderate and unprofessional, I would have never chose them to lay my carpet but I did and had to run outside and ask them to clean up the sloppy fringe left behind. do yourself a favor and hire someone else who can respect their clientele and be professional. next time, it's a NO for me!

Good price and excellent service. Got 2 of my houses done and love it. Jesse was very nice and fair.
