The staff is always friendly and polite, even when I have listened to people yell at them for circumstances beyond their control. I enjoy interacting with the staff, who are friendly and joke with you.

The store smells like sewage. Been that way since they opened. As soon as you walk through the door you smell it. Someone needs to look at the plumbing badly.

Ive shop at this Caseys 3-4 times a week, and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! The service and management this last month has been beyond poor. (Leanne) is the definition of an incompetent manager. Best advice I could give is, bring Liz back and let this new one manager go! Store is slowly going downhill.

They are kinda slow at the counter but other than that, good hot food, friendly employees, and store is super easy to navigate
