Titan Title & Closing, LLC

I have used Titan title numerous times as and had no issues. This time Im a seller trying to close a contract. I am using a different closer since my usual lady was no longer working there. We were set to close March 25th and had no updates on status of file until I called a week before. Only to find out they couldnt find the abstract. Its April 11th and my buyer still hasnt been notified of anything from title. All the information he has is what I provided for him from me reaching out multiple time. Most times I call I get sent to voicemail and no call back. It has been the most disappointing and frustrating closing Ive ever done. I understand things happen and issues arise out of our control. But the negligence and lack of communication through out this closing has been little to none. If I didnt have a personal relationship with the buyer This title company would have caused me to loose the contract.

Courtlyn at Titan did my closing and it went so smooth, got a tax bill 4 months later and needed some clarification and Courtlyn was right there to take care of me, service didn't stop at closing, very grateful for that.

Shawna Lee at Titan Title Jenks office has helped us on over 30 transactions and we would highly recommend her. She is professional, knowledgeable and reliable. She knows how to work quickly and efficiently. She is very responsive and knows our process very well. One thing I love about working with Shawna is if she gets too busy or has an emergency, she communicates it to us and lets us know who to turn to for backup. She is never hiding.
