Probably the absolute worst service at any Arvest & thats saying something! We have 4 accounts with Arvest. Will soon be re-thinking where to do our banking. Because of the service received it will NOT be much longer with them!

To to fax this bank open after most people need to be at work and closes before most people get off work and is absolutely closed on weekends it insane to me how are the people who work supposed to get in there and ask questions if they cannot miss work

Horrible service and rude Branch Manager with no customer service skills. I will not be putting my money in there in the future. I guess she doesnt understand how her behavior can influence potential clients. I needed a document quickly notarized for the closing of my late mothers house out of town and the documents had to be overnighted. I was told they would not help me without an account at their bank. My husband quickly called MidFirst Bank where he has an account and explained the situation. I do not have an account there and he was not part of the documents that needed notarized. The young lady on the phone assured him they would take care of me. We walked in and were quickly greeted with a smile. Within a minute or so Colin was notarizing the documents needed. I offered to pay a fee which he declined. Thank you MidFirst Bank for stepping up and providing excellent customer service.
