Sam Hider Health Center

Its always so hard to schedule an appointment here, I have to call 50 times before I can get ahold of someone. Its been like this since I was a kid. I normally just got to the Indian hospital because of how annoying it is to get seen here. They've called me to cancel and rescheduled my appointments several times. Update: If you havent been seen by Sam hider in years and decide you want to schedule an appointment Goodluck. Now you have to have a primary in order to be seen. Not only that, the doctor I had seemed very concerned and willing to help me. I was wrong. I got a ton of testing and I checked my results on the portal and had a ton of things that needed to be addressed and she told me she would speak to me about any concerns and that the results wouldnt take long to receive. I was told she was done with me and I would have to wait for a call if they needed to address any concerns. I went to Siloam and they were shocked how they thought my results were fine. The doctor I had at Sam Hider was Loni Perish.

Youd have better luck driving up there in person bc they literally cant so much as pick up their hand to answer a phone but theyll sure let you set on hold for an hour but then if you drive up there theyre rude in person and say you shouldve called and still wont see you, make it make sense this place is literally the biggest joke and always has been !

Recently had an appointment made for an exam but have yet to receive any notifications for when the appointment is and would be so I'm sure I missed it, when calling the front office I asked if they could look up my appointment for me but I was met with silence and a quick hang up. When calling for optometry all I had to speak to was the answering machine even just two or three minutes after being called directly by them. I called three times and haven't heard a thing about an appointment I'm sure I already missed
