        I bought a 2015 Ford Expedition Platinum on 2/20/24 from ED Wallace here in Hugo,Ok Kelly Blankenship was the sales person that helped me purchase the vehicle, he was professional, nice, & helpful At first the rate that quoted me wouldnt work for my budget, but after a quick call back to the finance company they were able to help me get the right rate. They gave me a full tank of gas, a fresh oil change & even detailed the vehicle! I got it home and noticed the back up camera isnt working, I took it back to them and theyre scheduling me an appointment to make sure it gets fixedI highly recommend Kelly and Ed Wallace Ford! Felt good to help a local dealership, and still felt like I got a good deal

        I had new FOB keys programmed. I asked how long it would take and was told one hour. The people in the Service Dept. were friendly and courteous. In one hour it was done and I was out the door. Very satisfied.

        We recently bought a vehicle from Ed Wallace Ford. It was a great experience! The salesmen were friendly and professional and they were honest in their dealings. We came from out of town to look at the vehicle, and we bought it because they were upfront and honest about everything. No hidden fees and no markups like other dealerships are doing. If we need to buy another vehicle we will come back!
