        My Mom went to PT at this location. All the staff cared about was either talking to each other about sports or playing with their phones. They were not attentive to her at all. They only had her exercise and didn't give her any kind of therapy for her pain. I had to tell them that she needed some heat therapy. She had been going for a while and they had never offered her anything like that. It is not supposed to be a gym. She needed therapy for pain. I understand that exercise should be involved but it shouldn't be the only thing she gets.
