Elkview General Hospital

I took my 10 month old son to the emergency room cause he spiked a fever of 104.1 and all they did was check his temperature, gave him Tylenol and then sent us home! The nurse that let us into the hospital was rude and said she was going to have my fianc arrested because he told her she should smile and act like she likes her job. We ended up driving straight to Altus emergency room and found out my son was dehydrated, has a virus and needed antibiotics! Never again will I go there. Id rather make the 40 minute drive to Altus then ever go there again. Also waiting for someone to open the door after having to ring a bell to get into an emergency room is ridiculous and gunna get someone killed one day!

Nurses are rude like they hate their life their emergency entrance has a button u have to wait five minutes for them to appear so u might die if its emergency and woman last name Hendrix was the worst one of all with the attitude problem

I came in to ER with low breathing problems. Everyone was so caring and kind. Jeff the PA was great about what I needed Asap and had me admitted. Everyone on nurses staff radiology lab has been really great. Thank you to Dr S.for taking are of me and finding answers. Getting my breathing up. You guys are amazing
