Wow! That didn't take long for you to jump online and give us this review. Actually, just got off the phone with you. I am surprised that a business owner like yourself would give another business a bad review. As far as your review goes, we have a ton of loyal commercial lawn companies that work with us throughout the year. We stop everything we are doing to help them out and get them going as fast as we can. We see them throughout the entire year on a weekly basis. According to our records, we didn't see you at all in 2022 and only three times in 2023. The unit you were wanting a quote for repair on was an older unit, that you didn't purchase from us. You couldn't provide the model and serial number off the unit. You texted some numbers, but they were not valid numbers either. We even called Exmark and they confirmed the numbers you provided were not valid. This was going to be a very detailed job that should have been brought in during the winter not at the peak of the season. Would have been a lot easier for us to drop what we were doing to take care of this older unit - barring the fact that we could even get parts for it. Unlike what you claim, we actually do go above and beyond to help our customers keep their businesses going. Sorry Chris.
