        I've had a few issues with billing and insurance claims, and this is the most helpful phone store I've ever been too. The people that work there are top notch. Eddie is a go to guy he's helped me fix issues with ease, and true expert. Dakota, the lady that helped me today takes her job seriously and will do her best to resolve your issues and in my opinion does more then what required. The best customer service I've had anywhere

        Setting up 4 lines took hrs took 3 guys to get us started. But the guys were helpful an nice. Week later had a question about what is stated on the app, called the store on monday. Dakota answered, stated she would call me back in about 30 min. Never did. 4 days later she made a post on fb. I commented that they don't call you back. an then she messaged me. Stating she was busy and bashing t-mobile won't be tolerated. When all I did was stated the truth. Then messaged me and said that if I have any other questions that I can ask somebody else not her. Not very professional when she's the one that stated she'd call me back an never did.
