        We love our top down, bottom up blinds from Distinctive Shades and Shutters. Eileen and Roy were wonderful to work with. These blinds are so nice that they have cords hidden on the sides. The Norman blinds even allow for me to open the window and tilt it in for cleaning because of the great feature of where they place the cords. Thanks for your quick response and install! Stephanie H

        Eileen and Roy have the perfect selection when it comes to both shades and shutters. We love our new blinds in the our home! The two 10 foot "top down bottom up" honeycomb blinds at the office look amazing and are a definitely a conversation piece. They are great for blocking unwanted light since you can adjust the top and bottom of each shade. The honeycomb design really does help keep the cold out and the heat in.
