Dealing with Troy was a hellish ordeal. When he was almost immediately abrasive in spite of the glowing recommendation Id received I SHOULD have RUN. But WHO would think anyone SO evil that with full knowledge that you were developing a piece of raw land and would be using a new 2020 Fifth Wheel as temporary housing, leave you with no power plug! Was even worse when I let him know it wasnt there and THEN he grudgingly put in a 30 amp receptacle. I have a FIFTY AMP RV and he KNEW it. Even having been given the exact distance from the road and droveway AND blazing pink flagged pins he PLOPS that eyesore in the EXACT place I said NOT TO EVEN LOOK AT! Im a newbie at all this and he treated me like PURE TRASH! . His negligence led to over three THOUSAND dollars of extra expense. Six months later and its finally straightened out. I could spit nails! They went above and beyond with both customer service and quality. They have earned me as a customer for life. I was left without power and they jumped in and corrected problem and helped get restored quickly.
