Pettys Service Center had my car repaired and returned in less than 24 hours. They were recommended by my brother in law who had previously recommended Pettys to his sister who was visiting from Texas earlier this year. She took her car in for an estimate thinking it might be the transmission. He gave her his opinion and he did not think that was the issue. He repaired the issue and I remember thinking it sounded like a very reasonable price. I appreciate Mr Petty and his knowledge regarding cars, he is very fair. He completed his first car engine rebuild at age 12. Now at 79 he stays busy, something I can attest to as when I first entered his shop he was mounting a new tire on a customers wheel. When he noticed I had come in he asked me questions regarding my car, took my information and said he might not have it ready until the following Tuesday, however, about 23 hours later he phoned to say the car was ready. When you need an honest appraisal of what should or should not be repaired on your automobile he is the man to visit! Service: Auto engine tuning
