Got great service here!!! Needed a quick tire. They happened to have one, and they put it on for me for cheap!!! Clean great place!!! Going back if need be!!!

Great service! I couldnt be happier. Pettys was super courteous and helpful. They repaired my car quickly and for a fair price. I never got the bad feeling that they were trying to do anything that wasnt transparent and honest. This will be my repair shop now! Thank you!!

So far the work was fine, I just got my car. But I'm frustrated because the cost was misrepresented to me. The guys in the shop answered all my questions. I made sure to ask a lot about pricing and labor costs. When I picked up my car it was 2x what I expected. The owner said those guys aren't authorized to quote prices, only he could, but they sure felt comfortable estimating and guessing pretty confidently. He was around but didn't bother to get me a better quote prior to doing work, not even a phone call. Even if he's right about the actual cost, I feel taken advantage of. And I feel bad writing this because the shop guys were super nice and I think they meant well but it's hard when you have to budget and I could have made other choices. They seem like nice people but more professional communication would go a long way.
