Sherry Hilton is THE Best realtor I have ever worked with, I have dealt with many in several different locations and states .she and the Legacy group went way beyond just helping me find and buy my new home. Steve Duff more than did an outstanding job when he was needed they became more than just realtors , I now consider them friends.

Sherry Devitt Hilton is a wonderful realtor to work with. While I was in Grove she took us to every home we wished to view and recommended more. When we first met, she had a packet of every property that I was interested in along with more information about the area itself. I returned to my home in Texas, 600 miles away, and continued to work with her. She presented several offers to different properties that I was interested in. I was set on what price I was willing to pay for a property. If that was not agreeable, we moved on to the next. There were several properties that appealed to me, which made it difficult. Sherry was very patient with me and explained many details about the process that I was not aware of. She had my best interests at heart. She knows the area and knows what values are reasonable and those that are not. She is an excellent realtor to work with. I did find the right home. Sherry made the buying process much easier than expected. I highly recommend her as a realtor to help you find your home.
