This company called claiming that Verizon was getting out of the phone business... and would I like to go with them instead. I offered to sell them some choice land in Florida and a bridge... Sadly they were not interested. This company needs to address a variety of ethical dilemmas, and stop its unsolicited telemarketing, and potential disception. I feel for all the elderly customers who might fall pretty to this type of confusion. This is just one of many reasons why the US needs a consumer protection bureau. Be honest, greed will never self regulate.

If I could rate this company with zero stars, I would. PLEASE, don't do business with this company. Warn your elderly family members to not be taken in by their con-job calls. They will sweet talk you right into a contract with zero cooperation once they have their equipment installed and your payment committed for long term. This has been a nightmare for my 80 year old father in law. He was swindled into believing it would be a great service, easy customer contact and support, be sent a complimentary new phone/answering maching compatible to their device, and this list of complaints could go on and on. It has been a non stop problem since then. Bills not as stated, can't get help, charged for the complimentary phone; as I said: I could go on and on. My biggest complaint, however, is this is the RUDEST customer service team I have ever encountered in my life. Not just unhelpful...downright HATEFUL. Don't just ignore their call to sign up: BLOCK THEM. Tell everyone you know.

I switched to this company as they told me it was better than AT and T. DO NOT SWITCH, I have received terrible phone service, customer service (Marisella) was the rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with. They do not listen, they seem to not have management to talk to based off Marisella. They do not record their phone conversations. And they say you are basically stuck with them. I need somebody from this company to reach out to me.
