        I am the property manager for a storage facility out of Norman that was heavily damaged by a tornado late Feb. 2023. SERVPRO was contracted for cleanup and ended up maintaining daily presence at the site until just last week. When I tell you it does not matter what you throw at these guys, Im serious, they will get it done, effectively and efficiently. The names I can recall working with are Jack, David, Robert, Cole, Trevor, & Travis. Huge thanks to them and their teams

        Several apartments in my complex had frozen pipes bust. They spent 2 hours in empty apartment with no carpet next to me then got to mine and spent literally 10 minutes. I thought they were going to empty the machine but by time I went to check they were loading up equipment and leaving. Still standing water in my apartment. When I questioned them about it they said they were tired and boss wasn't paying any more overtime. Still standing water in my apartment. I'm sure they didn't prorate the bill. Very unprofessional. Advise anyone in need of such a service to NEVER use this company. Avoid at all cost. Would rate negative five stars if possible!!
