        Bought some equipment on one of their online auctions. Very unconventional Aution closings with no disclosure before or during the Aution. I ask for them to email the terms of the Aution to me. So I could read the rules of the close of auction. Got a call a few minutes later saying the terms did not disclose the closing procedure of the aution. I read the sale bill and their website looking for where I missed the unconventional close procedure. I could not find anything about it in ether place. The lots I placed bids on went an hour past close. Called it tethered lots when I ask after the auction. If one of four individual lots got a bid it started the overtime clock over for all four lots. My bids sat for 30 minutes with no new bids after the close time. Then the bids got ran up to just shy of my pre bid and then they sold the equipment. Buyer beware I was told when I questioned them about it we work for the seller. I dont think I was treated fair by this auction company. I called them to give them a chance to make it right but was told there was nothing they could do about it. Will go pay them, collect my equipment, and just never bid on any of their auctions again.       Weston, again, we apologize for the misunderstanding. As we discussed over the phone, you mentioned the best way to sell combines and headers is by offering the combine first, then the header, then as a package, which is common in a live auction setting. Unfortunately, in an online auction, there’s no way to replicate that live auction procedure. In an online auction, the only way to offer a fair and even opportunity for all buyers on lots such as these is to “link” lots so that the items soft close time is extended together. This is a common procedure for online auctions and we did so at our Seller’s request. The items that are “linked” will show a link sign on the lot and the close times will be in sync. We realize this was upsetting to you, but on the contrary, we have several buyers that have expressed gratitude for this because it gives fair opportunity. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a deep discount on the header per your request. This was a public auction and the bidding was extended until such time that all bidding was ceased. If you have questions about the online bidding process in the future, please give us a call, thank you!
