The guy that runs it and the old lady and his wife are very rude and disrespectful. One thing for sure is that they like to send those eviction notices even though when the Rent isnt do so you can pay $75 fee. a friend of mine I was renting a house from had a falling out because the solar panels, so yeah Jensen and they refused to fix my stove, luckily Cody told me that we have a lot of rights theyre not supposed to do that. They talked about walking inside my house when my kids are here demanding to get the salt water tank and saying the guy was a friend of his when it had nothing to do with jensons. Unprofessional people do not recommend them at all. Theyre nice and then they dont care about families and house. They just worry about that dollar cant wait to see them in court.

Horrible!!! Everything about them is Horrible!!! Money Hungry and doesn't care about the tenants all they want is money! They are rude! Worst property management ever!

They were very accommodating when we needed to move to Enid last minute for work, but we never got our security deposit back or told why.
