In March of 2019 All In Plumbing installed a 6 year limited warranty water heater in my mom's home in Pond Creek. Mom was grateful that Mr. Allen responded to her need in very quick fashion. Fast forward to June 2019 and that "new" water heater is now leaking and the pilot light can not be lit. Mom thought it would be good to call All In Plumbing again. However, this time Mr. Allen refuses to respond to the 10 or more calls that have been left on his answering system since June 9, 2021. We thought this was very odd since he had responded so well in 2019. After doing some research on the water heater that had been installed by All In Plumbing, we found that the water heater had been manufactured in 1999...indisputable fact based on the serial number. This means that warranty is worthless...confirmed by the manufacturer. When we asked a friend to call his number from their phone, Mr. Allen answered immediately. Our friend explained that our mom had no hot water and that it would be nice if he could replace the unit. Mr. Allen asked for mom's address as well as the numbers/info on the nameplate data from the water heater which we promptly submitted to him. He indicated that this would helpful in preparing to come to Pond Creek possibly by the next day. That was the last day Mr. Allen spoke responsibly to anyone concerning this dilemma. I shielded my calling number yesterday and Mr. Allen answered and when I asked if this was All In Plumbing, he said "Not anymore.", and hung up on me. A subsequent call went straight to VM. Beware of this company. I have also submitted this story to "4 in Your Corner" OKC TV News Media. Mr. Allen's home/business address on Purdue Ave is no longer accurate since numerous Internet sites show that his 18 acre 5700+ Sq Ft home sold in May 2021 for over $500k. I reluctantly posted this as I believe most people are basically honest and hard working. Can't wait to see which part of this tale Mr. Allen will attack as inaccurate. Vhase was very busy with busted pipes and such. I had no eater in my tub/shower. He came and stayed until it was done even though he said he only had 30 minutes. He was great and I really appreciate his dedication to his job. Services: Faucet repair, Water heater installation, Outdoor plumbing system repair
