        The store was very busy. I believe her name was Katlyn. She said it was her first day alone at the register. In the short period we waited, there were multiple changes to orders. Someone wanted to add or subtract a flavor, another needed a substitution, there were others. It happened so fast as a customer. Katlyn handled the pressure and remained calm. A supervisors override was needed to change an existing order. The order was corrected, she looked up from the register, and said "How May I Help You?"
