This is the worst sonic in Enid Ok. Their drive thru is constantly being blocked off and when its not there is a sign on the speaker that says speakers broke just pull forward. At least two of their stalls are always blocked off and it takes forever just to get your order. The employees there are not in any kind of hurry. And when you try and get the carhops attention you just get ignored and if you try to complain they just shove your drink at you and say here have a nice day. I would be embarrassed to tell people I was the owner of a place like that.

This location is awful!!!! The management needs to be trained on how to treat customers as well as the staff. They are unprofessional and the one girl that brought me my order was disrespectful, the way she tossed my bag of food at me. After I made a complaint about my situation. I have call corporate and will be speaking to their general manager about the awful way they treat their customers. This is not the first time they have treated customers like this. I will not be going back to that store. I will drive across town. At least the other stores know how to treat customers.

Was just told to go away because of missing food and that I could talk to the general manager on Monday. Customer Satisfaction for you, will be taking my service elsewhere.

The waiters were very noisy flitting around with her friends in The next car over. Our server was very polite. He wasn't moving too good with a blown out knee but did his job none the less.
