Thanks for voicing your concerns, Diane.Note: We spoke to Diane's father, the actual customer, and he said we've done a good job this year. Despite a few stubborn weeds, the program took care of all of his needs. He believes he will continue the program next year.Diane is upset because our technician parked on the side of the road where she wanted to park. We always accommodate our customers when possible; however, there were cars on both sides of our vehicle, and we're nearly done with the service. We weren't blocking anything or preventing her from parking in her parent's driveway or another area before we left minutes later.Regarding the claim that her review inflated the overall score, we don't control Google's reviews. Because it's a third-party platform, we can't manipulate reviews like she's suggesting. This appeared to be a temporary glitch.
