Had my business insurance with the Ritchie Agency. Every year my rates went up even though we've never turned in a claim. Last statement for renewal we got was rediculous, so I didn't renew. Found insurance with another company with the same coverage for about 1/3 the price. Now they're billing me because "they" decided to keep insuring me even though I didn't renew. I got a threatening bill from a lawyer, so I sent a letter of why I wasn't paying for something I didn't renew to the lawyer and the Ritchie Agency and told them if I got another letter I'd leave this review. Evidently, it didn't matter to them because I got another letter from a different lawyer threatening me with turning me over to credit reporting agencies. Well, here's the review I told them I'd leave. Stay away from the Ritchie Agency.

They are very courteous as well as efficient. They worked with us diligently for our home insurance and got us a great price. Also Jada is very good at making you feel accepted from the start.
