I asked to exchange a 20 bill into 5's the teller asked me if I had a account there I said no she then RUDELY said no she could not and shut the drawer and turned her head away as if I was something disgusting! I really hope they put up the video and see how RUDE SHE WAS. I was in such a good mood she totally could of been nicer and maybe said " Unfortunately I'm not able to make change if you don't have a account here if you'd like to come in and open one we'd be happy to help" but now she's left a really bad impression!! No reason to be mean and I really think she enjoyed it

I've been an SNB customer since 2002. I enjoy being able to walk into a bank full of people that I know from community engagements and have always received fast and friendly customer service. We've now had two mortgage loans through SNB and have enjoyed the quick, painless experience in buying a new home. I also appreciate how involved they are in the community, as volunteers with their time and having a strong presence at events in which they are a sponsor. Highly recommend!

I have worked with Security National Bank on numerous projects throughout the years. They unfailingly step up to support a broad range of initiatives in our community. Education, the arts , support of various non-profits & theyre extremely involved in many community events. SNB is committed to Enid.
