        Did your taxes for over 10 years and then got upset when we asked questions. Never spoke to us just directed everything through his secretary. Just showed that he was not so caring about his customers and the stressful times in purchasing new things and having questions about everything.

        I used Rick for about 3 years to file my taxes, help me with IRS issues due to my first ex, and prepare my and my then husband's taxes. WHAT A MISTAKE! ! Now, it's almost Sept. 2019 and the IRS is asking for over $1k from me and I don't owe it. Rick did my taxes that year and apparently something happened and I'm under the bus. I wrote Rick and told him I'd get a tax attorney after him for this and he threatened me, IN WRITING, not to do that because it'd be a waste of my time! I can't wait to settle this and then sue him
