      image Horrible horrible customer service. Had an unauthorized charge on my card. Called to find out what it was about. No one at the front desk in the morning at check out. Received a notification from my bank 4 hours later that my card was charged. Guy that answered was by far the worst customer service rep ever. He shouldnt work anywhere near people or their money. He threatened to fine $50. Will never return or give this place a nickel of my money. Outrageous. Zero stars for the customer service.

      image The place has potential to be great, but the cleanliness is less than desired. The hallways look like they havent been vacuumed in weeks, our room had dirty hand prints all over the curtain and the bathroom floor wasnt even clean if it hadnt been so late we would have left.
