        They are great. My daughter's phone had been messed up for 2 days and the woman I talked to was awesome she walked me through how to fix it without even having to come in to the store. They are very helpful.

        Absolutely recommend going to this store. Elk city location is amazing. The 2 girls. Caitlyn & Ashlyn are outstanding and provide the best customer service. They dont just try to sell you service that isnt what it is supposed to be. They actually want you to be provided with what they would want personally. Very awesome and amazing. Dont sell yourself short and go somewhere else. I absoulutely suggest going to these to ladys for phones and service. My word you wont be let down.
