      image Its an ok place, folks just cant help ya. Was told today not one human in the elk city branch can help with online bill pay!
      She pushed the solution was to give them my phone.

      image My wife deposited a check using the mobile app it went into her account but legacy bank decided to pull it back out as it was an insurance refund check in my name that I endorsed but they said I had to deposit it into my account... This makes zero sense, but doesn't matter I'll take my business and money elsewhere.
