        We're extremely nice and kept up until they were sold. Now they continuously go through managers, are extremely overpiced for the shape they are in, getting maintenance to repair anything is very difficult, and there are additional charges for EVERYTHING, including a service charge to pay your rent which is absurd. I would avoid this place if you can.

        I've lived in like 20 different apartments all over the U.S and Canada in the past 5 years. This is one of the best. The pool is never crowded. The management are so nice and act like family. The building is quiet. I seen a frog and he was cool, just eating beatles and living life, passing by the patio. All jokes aside, this place is incredible. 5 out 5 all around. So lucky to have found this place!!!
