I've never been to an Autozone where they weren't helpful. I asked for new wiper inserts or blades. (I didn't know there was a difference) He said well what do you need blades or inserts, bc we don't carry the inserts. And his tone of voice and demeanor was to let me know that he was annoyed. I said I don't know which it takes. Instead of saying let's go see, he kind of laughed and shook his head and started looking up my vehicle. Meanwhile there's a man standing next to him laughing. I then said It doesn't matter which it is, I just need them to work. He replies, I don't know what's wrong with your wipers. Again, the man standing next to him is laughing. I say they are just old and don't work and am still talking when he turns and walks away and interrupts me to show me where they were. These men were both very rude and the one at the counter made sure I knew I was putting him out. I have never felt bullied at a place of business before. I was kind and expected them to help me but got laughed at and headshakes bc I don't know what my vehicle takes. Blades or inserts. Will not be back.
