Billing DOES NOT CARE THAT TRICARE TAKES TIME. The billing department sends bills that are currently being processed by Tricare to collections to screw the credit of stationed, active duty families for fun, despite communicating all delays with Tricare. There was zero attempt by the billing office to contact Tricare about why obviously covered services were having issues, and initially got denied in error. I had to do that, and it didn't matter. It's still processing through Tricare. It wouldn't have hurt them to wait for Tricare to reprocess. They definitely want to hurt military families. I don't know if I'll go in for another Mammogram again. Certainly not a routine one without serious cause, and certainly not to this clinic.

I was so nervous about getting my first exam. The staff was so patient, genial and understanding and put me right at ease!! Even making my appointment by phone was some of the best customer service Ive had at a dr office, in awhile. It is by far, more comfortable then getting a PAP SMEAR! As long as I am in Oklahoma, I will be coming here! And I 100% will be recommending it to all my lady friends thank you for everything

Covid19 emergency order is over according to Governor Stitt. 5/21. Time for OU to honor mask exemptions. Is Yelling part of mask mandate ? Is being hung up on professional ? Need a sono follow up but got hung up on. Hope it is just calcium again & not something that will kill me. Did everyone at OU flunk virology ? Masks dont work on a virus. Healthy cant spread a disease they dont have.
